Austin Alexander orders require several weeks for our staff to set your stones and package your order especially for you. Expect 2-3 weeks to receive orders placed today. If we are out of stock on any of our supplies, we will contact you via email with an expected delivery date. For example, if Swarovski stones needed for your order are not available in the US, shipping from Austria can take 6-8 weeks to reach our production facility in Johnson City, TN. We will do our best to keep you informed regarding the status of your order.
